Japan Giveaway Terms and Conditions
  1. Eligibility: The Japan Giveaway is open to all verified subscribers of the HSTL app.
  2. Prize: The prize for the Japan Giveaway is two (2) air tickets to Tokyo capped at SGD1,000 in total.
  3. Entry: Each new verified subscriber has to refer a minimum of ten (10) new subscribers to be eligible for the draw. For each new verified subscriber referred, the referring subscriber gets one (1) entry into the draw for the Japan Giveaway prize. For example, if fifteen (15) new verified subscribers are referred, the referring subscriber has fifteen (15) entries into the draw.
  4. Verification: A new subscriber is considered verified once they complete the registration process and meet the necessary verification criteria set by HSTL.
  5. Draw Date: The lucky draw will be conducted on 31st March 2025.
  6. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email and/or phone on 2nd April 2025.
  7. Claiming the Prize: The winner must claim the prize within six (6) months of notification. If the prize is not claimed within this period, an alternate winner will be selected. Travel must also be completed within this six (6) month period.
  8. Non-transferable: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
  9. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in promotional activities as required by HSTL, including but not limited to the use of their name and photograph for marketing purposes.
  10. Returnables: The collaterals the winner needs to provide for marketing purposes:
    1. A video of themselves in front of a recognisable Tokyo landmark saying "Thank you for bringing us to Tokyo!"
    2. 2-3 short videos HSTL can post on social media to publicise the next contest
    3. At least 5 photos HSTL can use for marketing purposes
    4. Agreement to be featured in the publicity for our Japan contests
  11. Deadline: The winner will need to submit the above to HSTL within 7 calendar days upon returning to Singapore
  12. Amendments: HSTL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Incentive Scheme at any time, with or without prior notice.

 

General Terms and Conditions
  1. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
  2. Disputes: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
